Here’s some workout clips from our college football players doing their dynamic effort day. We start off with reactive vertical jumps to a broad / forward jump. Next is the split squat speed skater style or rep and a half style.
Double the posterior chain leg exercise with single leg RDLs and partner glute ham raises. Roll outs with a pause and a few prowler sprints to finish off this leg strength building lower body workout.
