Low Rep Heavy Core Training Workout

Core training is defined as working everything except for your arms and legs. Today I was doing a core workout in the low rep range – under 10 reps – of full core exercises. These workout the back, abs, hips, shoulders, and scap stabilizers.
The first exercise is a chain weighted abdominal roll out. The second core exercise complex is a variety of hanging movements to also include the obliques as well as all the muscle listed above.
Perform 3-5 sets.
