1.) Maximize Fun

It’s well known that an easy way to stay active is to go for walks or the gym.

But an unconventional way to stay active is through obstacle course racing.

Jarrett likes to maximize his fun at his “playground for adults.”

Figure out what you like to do.

You can make any activity more fun with friends and by adding variety.

2.) Create A Routine

Set aside time in your daily routine to get moving.

Could be a walk around the block.

Could be an hour at the gym.

Point is, when you make something part of your daily routine, you’re more inclined to stick to it.

After time, healthy habits will stick.

3.) You Can Start At Any Time

You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape.

Everyone is beginning their fitness journey at different starting point.

However, to get started, you must step outside of your comfort zone.
