TRUTH: Natural/organic/gluten-free foods still have calories and don’t magically lead to weight loss.

No matter how “organic” your bread is, it still has calories. They also sometimes other hidden ingredients that aren’t so good for you…

Yes, these foods may be healthier because they’re more likely to be free of pesticides and other chemicals, but over eating “natural” food is still over eating & in turn, over eating leads to weight gain.

Remember these foods sometimes may be better options but keep in mind all foods have calories and just remember to read nutrition labels!
