http://www.synergy-athletics.com – Up”hell” uphill power wheel core training is great for the abdominal muscles, shoulders, and upper back. It is extrememly difficult! The athlete uses the power wheel down the hill, using the shoulders to brace the momentum, then turns around and returns.
The grass adds some serious resistance as well!
