Small little tweaks to your daily routine will over time result in noticeable changes.
I’m not here to tell you how to add 25 pounds to your bench press.
I want you to learn how to make small decisions that will help you lead a healthier life.
When making decisions about your health and fitness, try to minimize the number of decisions that you need to make.
The less decisions to make, the lower the room for error.
For example…
Everyone eats.
Most people are able to make a smart decision for breakfast. Pack a good lunch to eat at work.
But when dinner comes around, you might be too busy or too drained and resort to take out.
You just had to make 3 decisions each day about what you are going to eat.
Now lets lessen the number of decisions we need to make.
If you sit down on Saturday and plan out your meals for the week and then grocery shop for the items….
….you now only had to make one decision about what you are eating. The rest is planned out and available to you.
Less decisions, less error.
