Perhaps you already know how to perform Y, T, W, Ls (all great shoulder movements). However the range of motion and the planes of motion are limited since your torso is stable. Don’t get me wrong, great movements, but I like to add a little twist…or should I say hinge..(that’s what they call foreshadowing in high school English class).

4 Shoulder Saver Complexes

When to use: Perform these with light weight (or no weight) as a warm up. Also you may add these with light to moderate weight after your normal primary lift. This is not a heavy movement. Add reps, not weight. A typically series for me would be 5 – 15 lbs for 2 sets (of each movement for 8 reps.
