A lot of people use excuses as “reasons” not to workout. Often it is an issue about lack of equipment or time. However, you can get a workout in quickly with almost anything around the house!
Here are the muscle groups trained during the no excuses budget garbage lid workout:
Legs – plate pushes
Core – jack knife, single leg knee tucks,
Chest – Push ups, dynamic push ups, reverse push ups
Back – rope pulling, low row pulls
Tris – core crunch tricep extensions
biceps – Thick rope curls
Grip – all rope movements
All completed in 45 minutes and an amazing innovative strength and conditioning workout.
Please note: this is awesome for general physical preparedness – gpp – and most of our strength workout is done in the traditional fashions for athlete preperation. But there is no reason that people cannot get a workout in with ANYTHING….even a garbage can lid.
