http://www.synergy-athletics.com – Reactive rows is a video that Jim Smith of the Diesel Crew put out awhile ago. We have been using them with success since. Usually the row is braced with a hand on the bench, or a hand and a knee on the bench. Occassionally some of the older guys like to go unbraced so it increases the need for stability in the core and posterior chain.
