Is the deadlift exercise dangerous for tall lifters? Well first it depends on form. Second it depends on the health of the lifter. Third it depends on femur length, not necessarily just height.

That being said, with the proper training, exercise, and practice the majority of lifters should be able to perform the dead lift without any danger or problem.

The deadlift decision to learn proper form WILL TAKE TIME. Don’t push it until form comes easily.
