Effective Wrist Roller Variation – Synergy Athletics

We use the underhand variation for an isometric hold on the bicep and a concentric wrist curl as opposed to always performing the standard wrist rollers.

The underhand wrist roller will strength the wrist, forearm, and biceps. DO NOT go too heavy with this exercise. You will actually feel it in your muscles more if you go light and slow with a concentrated “wrist curl” motion each hand.
