Abdominal plank is a great exercise with some cool variations. In today’s video I explain proper exercise form and how to add weight to the popular ab exercise.

In the video, I mention doing the exercise 10 – 20 seconds. You may of course perform the lift longer, but start short! The proper form seriously changes how long you can perform the exercise. The weight to this abs exercise is seriously difficult when you put it in the correct place!
