Abdominal plank is a great exercise with some cool variations. In today’s video I explain proper exercise form, one abdominal plank variation, and one common exercise mistake.

In the video, I mention doing the exercise 10 – 20 seconds. You may of course perform the lift longer, but start short! The proper form seriously changes how long you can perform the exercise.
