Okay, that might be over simplified but its true.  Sometimes it is easier said than done.  In the video I show you a few techniques on how to properly learn the move.

The hip hinge itself isn’t necessarily a stand alone exercise, yet it is part of many movements.  Think of it as saying “tuck your elbows” or “knees out” or any other coaching cue.
