I wanted to break in the new gym this weekend (name change to “Strength And Performance HQ) so I invited Tim Mosolino down from Boston and Jedd Johnson up from PA.
Tim does a lot of training with NFL athletes prepping for the combine and has newly been hooked on strongman training. Jedd is a world record holding grip champion, and an all around strong guy.
And then I was there too, haha!
Oh, and I also challenged Jedd to two grip challenges. The first was the event he has the world record in, the two hand Euro Pinch. I mustered up around 160 lbs, just a tad shy of the record…256 lbs..
We squatted, euro pinch dead lift, kettlebell flip (not shown), and strongman yoke walk
