Hanging pull up retractions are a great exercise for your hands, forearms, grip, and back. By adding the isometric scapula retracted hold at the bottom of the pull or chin up, you will activate more muscle fibers and build more strength.

This exercise is great for increasing your chin ups, pull ups, deadlift and any other back exercise.
