Stabilizer Challenge For Chest and Core Endurance

Here’s a cool challenge (and it looks easier than it is!!!) to work on anterior core strength. You need to keep your body tight and stable during both portions of the challenge.

Step 1: Hold the bottom position as long as possible (push up barely off the ground)

Step 2: Push all the way up and hold at the top for as long as possible.

Make sure to NOT CHEAT THE BOTTOM POSITION! Hold for the FULL time you can before going to the top or it defeats the purpose of the challenge.
