As a busy adult, your schedule may seem like its always go go go.<\/p>\n

I spoke with fellow local gym owner, Laura of IronWorks Gym, to get her insight into adult fitness.<\/p>\n
From her experience training, she shared 3 simple tips that help keep busy adults motivated towards their fitness.<\/p>\n
1.) Staying Hydrated. <\/strong><\/p>\n If you’re feeling lethargic or unmotivated throughout the day, often this can be from dehydration.<\/p>\n We recommend a daily water intake of half to your whole body weight in ounces.<\/p>\n Yes, you’ll be taking more bathroom breaks.<\/p>\n But your body will thank you in the long run.<\/p>\n 2.) Find Movement You Enjoy.<\/strong><\/p>\n Not everyone enjoys running.<\/p>\n And that’s okay!<\/p>\n Maybe you’d prefer to take your dog on a walk.<\/p>\n Or play football in the yard with your children.<\/p>\n Finding movement that you enjoy will make staying active feel like a breeze.<\/p>\n 3.)
