1.) Maximize Fun<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s well known that an easy way to stay active is to go for walks or the gym.<\/p>\n

But an unconventional way to stay active is through obstacle course racing.<\/p>\n

Jarrett likes to maximize his fun at his “playground for adults.”<\/p>\n

Figure out what you like to do.<\/p>\n

You can make any activity more fun with friends and by adding variety.<\/p>\n

2.) Create A Routine<\/strong><\/p>\n

Set aside time in your daily routine to get moving.<\/p>\n

Could be a walk around the block.<\/p>\n

Could be an hour at the gym.<\/p>\n

Point is, when you make something part of your daily routine, you’re more inclined to stick to it.<\/p>\n

After time, healthy habits will stick.<\/p>\n

3.) You Can Start At Any Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape.<\/p>\n

Everyone is beginning their fitness journey at different starting point.<\/p>\n

However, to get started, you must step outside of your comfort zone.<\/p>\n
