If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, please complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written notice, submission of the online form MUST be completed 5 days prior to your next billing date for us to process.

**Synergy Athletics has locations in Endwell, Vestal, and Binghamton ONLY. We have no affiliation with any other gyms with similar names. There’s a lot of people filling out this form from the 516 area code. We don’t own any gyms there and suggest you call the gym you are a member to in order to cancel**
