MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST

This is not a membership cancellation request.

Before submitting a Hold Request…A reminder from our membership agreement that we do have holds for up to TWO WEEKS each 6 month period as an extra member perk. 

This let’s us help you out for half a month and provide consistency for the training team/session number management. 

If you have used up your hold period, we still have your back!  Email [email protected] for home workouts, travel workouts, or other support while you’re away from the facility!

Notes: 

  • You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for up to TWO WEEKS each 6 month period.  
  • Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.

 

Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company. If you are billed during this time, your payment will remain as a credit on your membership account for when you return.
