Need a break? Traveling? Your body need some rest? Before submitting a Hold Request, ask one of our coaches about Active Recovery instead!

  • You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.
  • Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.

Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company. If you are billed during this time, your payment will remain as a credit on your membership account for when you return.
