Sorry about the wind noise! I still posted the video as the sled dragging scarecrow movement is pretty simple. Sled dragging scarecrows are great for explosive training, but also can be done slowly and controlled.
Benefits: upper back strength, dynamic hip movement, tricep activation
Another variation is performing the scarecrow, and holding it as your walk backwards.
