Core training or “ab training” doesn’t have to be done with some gimmicky exercise.
Here is a compound core training exercise that will hit your abs all over, up through your back, and down to your finger strength. These exercises are done in the hanging position, and need to done with proper form…or you could incur an injury to the lower back.
To slow down the swinging…slow down the exercise. Start with whichever ab training level best suits your current strengths. DON’T try to hit a homerun at your first at bat! We typically do 2 of each set, starting with the easiest core training circuit and then moving up the Level III.
Super simple, but not a super easy ab exercise.
