Pull and chin ups should be fundamental in every training program. Despite the simplicity of the movement, there is significant debate about how to perform them correctly.

Allow me to break it down in 3 steps for you.

Step 1.Retract your shoulders(more precisely pull them down and back together.

Step 2. Think about driving your elbows into the ground while keeping a neutral chin.

Step 3. Return back to the retracted position under control.
