Plank sled rope rows are an advanced exercise that will target many muscle groups.
The lifter will feel this exercise in the chest, core, lats, grip / hands, and triceps. The power battling rope used is 40 feet long and 2 in thick.
This is a great ab exercise that is truly a compound lift.
Add this to the secondary portion of your workouts for a great finishing exercise!
