How To Tricep Death and Chin Up Burn Exercises

WARNING: These exercises both will burn.
But strength endurance is an extremely important part of training.
Being a “one pump chump” on the bench isn’t very effective. I’ve seen people bench 455 for 1, and not be able to get 225 for 10. Even though strength and endurance are NOT mutually exclusive, you are going to need both to build overall strength.
During your accessory training, try today’s Exercise Of The Week (actually a two for edition today!)
Triceps Death Exercise
Tricep death has been around for a few years and requires some serious strength. I can’t tell you how many times I have pushed to the 4 board and just hit the absolute wall out of no where. This exercise sneaks right up on you!
How to Perform: 5 reps on each board, 1 through 4 board with a close grip. Perform 1-2 sets.
Chin Up Burn Exercise
Chin up burn is something a little more unique.
How to Perform: Complete 5 chin ups, then 6 with a mini band, 7 with a mini band, and 8 with a medium band. (The thinnest three bands).
