On Jeremy’s last internship day, he wanted to challenge the reigning prowler champion to something new.
We regretfully agreed on Prowler Slalom Suicides – Pyramid Sets.
I’ve always found pyramid sets great for conditioning (and I will write a more detailed article why in a few weeks). You can pyramid weight, reps, distance, time, etc. We decided to pyramid weight: empty prowler, 90 lbs, 140 lbs, 180 lbs, 140 lbs, 90 lbs, prowler. So it would be a total of 7 trips with the prowler, and I captured our times at the peak – 180 lbs…(if you have a weak stomach, you may not want to watch the end of Jeremy’s run!)
