“I don’t have time to work out my grip strength, hands, or forearms.” I hate that excuse, but understand it. We have to max our results in the gym while not living in the gym working out.

Here’s a simple way to add some grip strength. Dumbbell handles are just a recommendation! Flip them up, grab them by the head of the DB and perform your exercise. Only use this for a few sets if grip is a limiting factor. Since we just max squatted, I stuck to 25’s and then 30’s to work on the added range of motion from the mats.

Don’t have hex heads? Just use a towel to hold the DBs then.
