A few clips from a weekend workout. We started with hurdle hops, 10 x 2 then athlete’s choice of jump. We added 10-20 lb medicine balls as well.

Added to the leg workout was sled drags with farmers walk holds. Last two sets were using the fat fripz. We did some GHR’s and 2 prowler suicides to finish. The prowler was especially brutal with the humidity, just awfulllll.

We use this workout to contrast our Wednesday’s heavy weighted lower body day.
