“V” Supine Row Body Weight Exercise Complex

Bodyweight training IS NOT just for beginners. Controlling your body is a fundamental aspect of every sport.

Here’s a tweak on a common back exercise: the supine row.

How to Perform V Rows:

1. Set up a bar on the power rack. Lay on your back, reach up, the bar should be at finger tip height.

2. Grasp the bar at bench grip width.

3. Retract your shoulders and pull towards your left hand.

4. Return directly back to the middle and repeat to the right.

I like to perform 6 each arm then 6 standard supine rows. Make sure the angles are crisp and not like a “U.”
