Crazy Homemade Ball Grip Pull Up

Pull ups are a great exercise for the upper back. However, we can make the movement more difficult by adding a grip aspect with the use of towels or thick rope. Here is a softball grip variation. The ball opens up the athletes hand when they attempt to do a pull up, working on that grip!
